We are truly sorry for the inconveniences you may be facing with regards power supply. We are doing our best to improve supply to all communities inspite of the challenges of inadequate supply from the national grid, vandalism, energy theft and poor customer reaponse to bills settlement.
We are aware of the complaints from many of our customers who may have noticed an upward review in their monthly electricity bill. We urge any customer who has complaints about his billing to visit our Service Center in his/her neighbourhood where such complaint will be addressed.
We are deternined to ensure that every customer only pays for what he consumes. We have procured 200,000 meters which we expect to be delivered in the coming weeks and shall commence installating for customers soon afterwards. We however know that these meters wont be enough to go round hence we appeal for your patience and understanding as we continue our efforts in making further investments in metering despite our lean resources.
