In a renewed effort to re-position the Company for more efficiency in both service delivery and revenue generation, the Board of Kaduna Electric has approved the restructuring of the Company and the creation of three new Area Offices.
A press statement signed by the Head, Corporate Communication of the Company, Abdulazeez Abdullahi said the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Engr. Garba Haruna disclosed this in Kaduna on Sunday during the annual Management Retreat organised for senior and middle level Management Officers of the Company.
Engr. Garba revealed that “the Board of Directors has approved, with immediate effect, the creation of three new Area Offices namely Doka South in Kaduna State, Sokoto South in Sokoto State and Kebbi South in Kebbi State
He also announced the restructuring and re-organisation of the corporate headquarters of the Company which saw the emergence of three new Divisions and the merger as well as the re-organisation of some departments and Units.
The new Divisions are Franchising and Special Customers, Operations as well as Marketing and Revenue Assurance.
According to him, “the new initiative is meant to strengthen the team and ensure more efficiency in every aspect of the Company’s operation”.
