The Management of Kaduna Electric apologises for the prolonged outages experienced by customers in our franchise states.
This is a result of drop in power generation nationwide, which has
affected our daily load allocation. In the past 10 days, our daily load allocation has dropped significantly and is severely inadequate to serve our customers adequately across our four franchise states.
The drop in allocation has therefore forced us to adopt load shedding in the distribution of the load we receive.
We regret the inconvenience and promise improvement in supply as soon as generation picks up.
