Meter Request This is the beginning of the MAP registration process. Customer will go to Kaduna Electric website or visit any Kaduna Electric office for the MAP form to initiate a request to be metered. At this stage, customer will provide all necessary information and documents needed for the next stage. Cstomers are advisued to read the Terms and Conditions before going forward with registration.
Pre Installation Survey Once the request form is completed, the Customer’s premises will be visited by the MAP/Kaduna Electric officials to carry-out site inspection/verification to determine the readiness of the premises and the appropriate meter to be installed.
Debt Repayment Plan At this stage, the customer will be required to clear all outstanding electricity debt where applicable or workout an acceptable flexible repayments options.
Meter Payment Once the outstanding debt is settled or the repayment plan is approved (for existing customers), the customer would be advised to pay the stipulated cost of the meter (Single Phase N58,661.69/ Three Phase N109.684.36 excluding VAT) into the designated Bank account of the MAP. Evidence of payment shall be presented to the MAP after payment.
Meter Installation Once payment is confirmed, your meter will be installed within 10 working days.
