We are increasingly receiving complaints of non-generation of electricity token and or difficulty in resolving issues of payment made by our customers through banks’ e-payment platforms.
We therefore encourage our esteemed customers to buy electricity tokens through the following Apps or websites:

B. Irecharge App or www.irecharge.ng
C. KE Customer Core App or www.kadunaelectric.com
The Buypower and Irecharge Apps are available on the App Store and Google Play Store while the Kaduna Electric App is on Google Play Store.
Complaints arising from the use of these platforms can be resolved faster by us. Customers who do not receive tokens after payment through banks e-payment platforms should contact their bank for resolution.
