In a significant move in its transformation efforts, Kaduna Electric has officially unveiled its new brand identity and its renovated Head Office building. The landmark event, led by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Alhaji Aminu Abubakar Suleiman, marks the beginning of a new era for the company, with a renewed focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and staff motivation.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Chairman, emphasized that the rebranding is more than just a visual change, it represented a shift in culture and service delivery. “This is the beginning of our journey to creating a culture of change. We want to see ourselves rise. We want to change the narrative of Kaduna Electric in the eyes of our customers,” he stated.
The newly renovated Head Office features state of art facilities designed to improve customer satisfaction and enhance employee productivity. Modern customer service centers, advanced vending systens and improved infrastructure that reflect Kaduna Electric’s vision and mission.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr Umar Abubakar Hashidu, applauded the Board and Management’s commitment, stating that Kaduna Electric is on a mission to provide quality services and better engagement with customers. “This transformation is about redefining our service culture. We want our customers to feel the difference and our employees to take pride in their work,” he said.
As part of its culture shift, Kaduna Electric also announced a staff reward program to recognize and incentivize top performing employees. “We will reward good performing staff as part of our effort to build a motivated workforce that is dedicated to service excellence,” Hashidu added.
