Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC) partnered with Kaduna Electric to train selected staff from various departments in a two-day Customer Relations Training themed “Building Trust Through Exceptional Service and Communication.”
The training took place on Wednesday, 12th, and Thursday, 13th November.
During the event, the Deputy Managing Director, Abubakar Sadiq Mohammed, emphasized the importance of applying the newly acquired skills in interactions with customers whilst urging the trained participants to also share the learnings of the training with other colleagues.
At the end of the session, certificates of participation were presented to all participants.
