* Meters in Koduna Electric’s franchise states installed via National Mass Metering Programme (NMMP) or Meter Asset Provider (MAP) scheme do not require the upgrade as they were upgraded at installation.
* Customers who received two key change tokens at the point of first vending after installation of a new meter, their meters are not affected. Those two key change tokens inputed are the roll over tokens.
* To know if your meter requires the TID rollover, check your vending receipt/token, if KRN 2 is written on it, it means the meter has been rolled over. If however KRN 1 is written on it, it requires upgrading.
* The two key change tokens for the TID rollover will be ready from August 1, 2023 and they are FREE.
* Customers vending through our third party agents such as Buypower and Irecharge shall also receive the two key change tokens at the point of vending.
