Kaduna Electric was incorporated as one of the 18 successor companies carved out from the decentralisation of the National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) into the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).
Privatised on December 4, 2014
Located in the North-Western zone of Nigeria, Kaduna Electric holds a distribution license spanning Kaduna, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara states — covering 84 LGAs across 150,000 KM² of territory.
